Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan (PPL)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support farmer to plan broiler/layer cycle.
• Monitor chick-in process and ensure farm operational.
• Deliver broiler/layer management to farmer to anticipate system change or threat to chicken disease.
• Support broiler/layer customer to achieve optimum performance using De Heus feed
• Deliver continuous training for farmer and increase work motivation for optimal results.
• Collect data performance broiler/layer from our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma Degree in Animal Science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry broiler and layer production cycles, and disease management.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to farm performance metrics.
• Familiarity with modern farming practices, biosecurity measures, and poultry nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various farm locations as needed.
