Finance & Operation Controller Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree from Finance, Management, Accounting, & Business
• Minimum 2 Years in Finance & Accounting Department.
• Familiar with Production and inventory management
• Good knowledge in Finance & Accounting Regulation
• Familiar with Business Process in a company
• Familiar to use General Software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc) & Accounting System
• Fluently in English
• Flexible and easy to adapt in any situation
• Strong time management
• Strong analytical thinking

Job Responsibilities:

• Deep dive in production information
• Visit farm/hatchery operation audit (Inventory, Capex, Opex)
• Forecasting based on visit farm/hatcery
• Checking all bookkeeping journal
• Responsible for Set Up Monthly Closing Finance Reporting
• Responsible to do the checking all the detail supporting data for Finance Reporting
• Responsible to control Cash Transaction and Balance
• Checking all payment request
• Involve in Cash Flow forecast discussion
• Handle all Banking Operation
• Visit Farm for Operation Audit
• Responsible for Weekly forecast
• Produce Reporting Package
• SAP Reporting
• Update the DOC general information and sales planning
• Handle the production and operation analysis
• Inventory flow audit
